Dear Rise Run Retreat Community,

When I saw that Rise Run Retreat was for sale, I felt something shift in my body, a longing, a calling. I whispered to myself, "Why not me?" and fired off an email to Sarah before I could talk myself out of it. What has unfolded over these past few months has been thrilling, overwhelming, eye-opening, terrifying, and electrifying all at once.

I may not know how to run a business, but I know how to gather with women. I know how to sit together in shared space, sifting through the weight and wonder of the day, whether the world feels global and heavy or close and quiet, whether it's tied to running or untethered entirely. I know how to listen, how to share, how to motivate, and how to encourage.

Sarah has built a beautiful foundation. Now I get to add my own flair and personal touches to something that has already inspired community, strength, and deep connection for so many women.

My vision for Rise Run Retreat is simple and profound: a place where women can be truly seen and known. Where connections spark and friendships take root. Where our bodies and minds are challenged, and we rediscover joy and wonder in the world around us.
