The purpose of the Social Media and Marketing Admin. position is to manage marketing and promotions for Rise Run Retreat and be the brand voice across all social media platforms, engaging with audiences in an authentic, compassionate and generous way, and promoting the resources and experiences provided by Rise Run Retreat.

The Social Media and Marketing Admin. will be responsible for content creation and scheduling with the end goal of creating authentic connections with audiences and product end-users, ultimately converting them to Rise Run Retreat participants and RISE + RUN Collective Membership. The Social Media and Marketing Admin. will do this through various avenues including, but not limited to, CRM, social media, and paid and organic advertising They will work closely with the founder and Community Manager to form a cohesive brand voice consistent across all platforms.

The Amin’s role encompasses design, copywriting for email campaigns, CRM setup and maintenance, content creation, scheduling, a/b testing, and more with the end goal of creating authentic connections with audiences and product end-users.

Success will be measured through sell-through of resources and experiences.

This is a contract, hourly position 5-6 hrs per week ($15-20/hr depending on experience)

Create unique design assets for events and product launches, websites, and all social platforms

Manage CRM to optimize current lists 

create new email campaigns and automated emails to maximize customer journey and increase conversion

Manage advertising across all social media platforms, podcasts, and various forms of paid advertising

Seek advantageous PR placement in popular publications that appeal to target demographics

Take initiative in special projects designed to increase brand awareness and sales

Brainstorm unique themes and ideas based on current trends or past published content on all RRR platforms

Modify and update blog posts to be re-published RRR website

Create quarterly content schedules for Rise Run Retreat that coordinate with live and virtual events

Manage posting schedule via SmarterQ

Engage with comments and likes on all posts

Manage Instagram, FB and Twitter content creation and scheduling for Rise Run Retreat

Drive engagement through interactive posts

Post 3-4x week to all platforms in a variety of forms using emerging features especially Reels
