THE EXPERIENCE
Have you ever wanted to try snowshoe running, but have been unsure where to start? Join Sarah Canny, 2020 World Snowshoe Chamionship Bronze Medalist, at Snowshoe Running Camp for a chance to get out on the snow for a whole new experience.
Over the weekend you’ll have the chance to kick up some snow in your very own pair of Dion Snowshoes (can be included in the cost of registration). During this three-day camp you’ll get familiar with the gear as Sarah walks you through step-by-step.
You’ll go on group snowshoe runs at the Carter Cross Country Ski Center, participate in strength training designed specifically for snowshoe running. Returnin camperrs and seasoned snowshoe runners will have the opportunity for extended runs, exploring trails in the White Mountain National Forest near Evans Notch.
When you’re not snowshoeing you can cozy-up by the fire at Evan’s Notch Lodge.
Along with learning everything there is to know about snowshoe running, you’ll have a chance to get away, take time for yourself and connect with other women who love to run.
